Seth Ellis Chocolatier 5345 Arapahoe Ave, Boulder, CO was started to focus on organic, artisan chocolates at the top of the market. Their goal was to only sell chocolates they themselves love to eat. If they don’t want to snack on them all the time, they don’t want to be selling them. In their research they discovered Sun Cups  The best nut free, gluten free, and peanut free chocolate cups in the world. They offer milk chocolate, dark chocolate, caramel, and mint chocolate cups. Being a peanut butter cup for everyone is no small task. It calls for unseen levels of nut-free, gluten-free, Certified Kosher deliciousness. And being the overachievers they are, the chocolatiers also made their creation all natural, using cacao from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms. Today, their Boulder chocolate factory is buzzing around the clock churning out delicious chocolate cups for all.

Hotel guests will sometimes ask who serves the best chocolate dessert in town? And that is a hard question to honestly answer. We are constantly doing research at the Best Western Plus Boulder Inn to help our guests. We have some many great restaurants in town with a changing selection of amazing desserts and it is truly hard to choose just one.   For example research informs us pastry chef Robin Autorino worked at the Boulder Flagstaff House , the Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse , the Denver Brown Palace Restaurant Dining and Chicago’s Tru before she opened up her own chocolatier shop called Robins Chocolate She calls her chocolate creations edible art – art both for your eyes and your mouth. Robin is an award winning chocolatier and has been named by Dessert Professional as one of the Top Ten Chocolatiers in North America. She is also allergic to chocolate. That is right she is allergic to chocolate. While training as a chef in France she was required to taste everything she made at the pâtisserie, including all of the items made with chocolate. Not about to make excuses about allergies to a French pastry chef, Robin tasted the chocolate and waited for the adverse reaction. By luck or fate, the expected reaction never came and Robin’s passion for chocolate began to unfold using the best of ingredients and culinary skill. As it turns out, Robin is still allergic to some cheaper chocolate depending how it is made or the ingredients used. Robin combines artistry and flavor to create little masterpieces that taste as good as they look. Through her chocolates Robin has found a way to make people smile, which makes Robin very happy indeed. Her story is just one of many pastry dessert artists in town ready to serve you a delectable delight to cap off your fine dining experience.

We will continue to do our research on behalf of you our guest to find the best chocolate in town. No matter how you like your chocolate escapes Boulder is your place to indulge in a chocoholics program. Wink. Bon a petit!
