Boulder Hotel Honored for Customer Care
The Boulder Inn was honored with the Champion Award in Customer Care. The Boulder Inn was the only Best Western hotel in the state of Colorado to win an award in this category. Best Western CEO David Kong presented the award to representatives from the hotel at the Best Western North American Convention, in Orlando. Best Western is the largest hotel family in the world.
In 2013 the hotel was honored with the achievement of winning both the Champion Award and the Green Award. Both awards were presented to the General Manager, Steven Wallace at the Best Western national convention in San Antonio, TX.
“We’re thrilled that our high levels of service, our quality care and our value are being honored in this way,” said Ari Rubin, Director of Sales at the Boulder Inn. Each year, Best Western recognizes its hotels that have provided superior guest experiences. “To be the only hotel in Colorado to receive this award means a great deal – our efforts to provide exceptional customer care are getting noticed,” said Rubin.
