Boulder Hotel Honored for Customer Care
The Boulder Inn, a Best Western PLUS hotel located at 770 28th Street in Boulder, is being honored with the Champion Award in Customer Care. The Boulder Inn is the only Best Western hotel in the state of Colorado to win an award in this category. Best Western CEO David Kong presented the award to representatives from the hotel on Nov. 1, at the 2011 Best Western North American Convention, in Orlando. Best Western is the largest hotel family in the world.
“We’re thrilled that our high levels of service, our quality care and our value are being honored in this way,” said Ari Rubin, Director of Sales at the Boulder Inn. Each year, Best Western recognizes its hotels that have provided superior guest experiences. “To be the only hotel in Colorado to receive this award means a great deal – our efforts to provide exceptional customer care are getting noticed,” said Rubin.
The Boulder Inn became a Best Western PLUS hotel in February, a status reserved for more premium hotels in the chain. PLUS hotels also maintain a “three diamond” rating by AAA. Boulder Inn upgrades in the last year include high speed Internet up to 20 MBPS, 40” flat screen TVs in every room, granite countertops in each bathroom, and a redesigned pool area with contemporary outdoor furniture.
